The mission of Insights is to accompany and engage with individuals in the work of self discovery, focusing on the spiritual (interior) life for the purpose of developing a reliable spiritual aptitude, and the ability to respond to life in ways that honor God/Spirit/Source, Oneself, Others and Creation.
Amy DiSanto has been inspiring individuals and organizations to see the “big picture” since 1987. As an athletic coach and as an ordained inter-spiritual minister of 30 years, Amy has helped hundreds from a variety faith backgrounds (or none) to recognize movements of the Spirit in their lives and to respond in ways that promote personal and relational healing and wellbeing.
Drawing equally on contemplative philosophy and modern science — neuroscience, psychology, and sociology — Amy is trained to assist individuals to incorporate their spiritual presence into everyday life. Whether you have long walked a spiritual path, or are just beginning, Amy will help you notice and co-operate with the rhythms and promptings of God (Spirit/Source/the Divine) within your own heart.
